Project Manager (Delivery & Change Control) – 3DX™ & 3D Visualization

Epic Inspired is building 3DX™ — a next-generation interactive 3D visualization platform used in pre-construction real estate marketing. Our work helps developers, architects, and sales teams bring projects to market with clarity, confidence, and impact. 3DX™ is in the early phase of its North American rollout. The platform is already delivering value on active projects, and we are now investing in delivery structure and consistency to support growth.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys working close to both product and delivery, and who takes pride in managing complex, detail-driven projects with professionalism and good judgment.

The Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of 3DX and 3D visualization projects from intake through completion. The work sits at the intersection of architecture, design documentation, and advanced visualization, which means strong organization, clear communication, and thoughtful change control are essential.
You’ll work closely with internal 3D and technical teams, as well as directly with clients, to ensure projects are properly scoped, inputs are ready, and expectations are aligned throughout delivery.
A core part of this role is knowing how to manage change without friction — maintaining strong client relationships while protecting timelines, quality, and delivery flow.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Oversee the delivery of 3DX and 3D visualization projects, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
Review and assess incoming project materials, including architectural drawings, plans, schedules, and design references
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or premature inputs and address them early
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding expectations, timelines, and changes
Manage revisions and scope adjustments in a structured, well-documented manner
Coordinate internal teams to maintain steady progress and predictable delivery
Maintain organized project records and clear communication trails
This position is well suited to an intermediate-level Project Manager who enjoys working on real, tangible projects and values both structure and collaboration.

You likely bring:
4–7 years of experience in project management or delivery roles
Exposure to environments such as:
real estate development or pre-construction
architecture or interior design coordination
construction-adjacent services
3D visualization, digital production, or interactive media
Comfort reading and interpreting architectural drawings and related documentation
Experience managing scope, revisions, and client expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional, client-facing setting
